You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, unless it has already been dispatched. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on opened or used perfume products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic proof. Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
